In Buenos AIres, I went to have dinner at Dolly Irigoyen’s private dining house. The thing I love the most about it is the set up of the kitchen. I love the concept, as you can see in the pictures, of the big mirror over the prepping and set up area so you can see exactly what the chefs are doing. As a food lover and total amateur cook, This just makes me rally happy. Here some pictures of the mirror in each of the courses.
