A friend of mine sent me this video and I just had to share! Sanctuary release a super beautiful new campaign: Relax, Breathe & #LetGo – where elder women give advice to their younger self. Their main message, spend more time BEING and less time DOING. A must watch and definitely a campaign worth standing behind.
