2016 Golden Globes Wrap up

Last night was the Golden Globes, and although a lot of awards were handed out, really the Golden Globes are about the party, so we are going to start first with the important stuff like the fashion (and finish off with the coverage and the actual winners).

My thoughts on the Show and the awards

  • Loved Eva Longoria and America Ferrera (actually so much more than Jennifer Lawerence and Amy Schmuler) can they host next year?
  • I actually love Mozart in the Jungle so I’m happy to dissent with all the naysayers and say that I loved its award for Best comedy and Best Actor!!
  • There were so many stupid presenters. Case in point: Jonah Hill, Will Farrel, Everything Ricky Gervais did
  • Lady Gaga??
  • Taraji P. Henson giving out cookies was everything!
  • 95% of the speeches. I think they should all take note of Brie Larson  and promise to write a thank-you card. The only really good speeches: Jennifer Lawrence and Leonardo Di Caprio.
