2016 Emmy Nominations

emmysThe Emmy nominations were quite lackluster this year. So much so, that I even forgot to post my Emmy nominations review blog post, so here it goes:

Thoughts on the Nominations:

  • Maise Williams got nominated for Game of THrones, and so was Kit Harrington! (in general all the GOT love was great)
  •  I was disappointed there was not much love for Outlander (its such a good show) and Unreal (That was a long shot but i had hope), although for unreal I was glad Constanse Zimmer was nominated
  • I was glad that there was great love for the Night Manager, i loved that series
  • It gets boring that its always the same shows, but at least some new shows are starting to pop up like Mr. robot
  • I was all about the reality TV categories, as my favorites Project Runway, The Voice and Top Chef were nominated as was Chef’s Table
