Oprah’s Super Soul 100

I love Oprah and I love Oprah’s Super Soul Sunday. I am always in awe of people who are changing the world, one good dead at a time, and shining brightly in this world. As a total fan of self-help books, getting inspiration and being better every day, I was totally into the new list that Oprah released of the SuperSoul 100. Basically 100 people who are soul leaders in 5 different categories: creatives, teachers, entrepreneurs, givers and igniters. Something I loved about the list is that I was familiar with the work of only 37 of the 100 (mostly teachers and creatives). I’m having a great time going through every one of the people on this list and learning about what they are doing and the impact they are making. Inspiration is never a bad idea, especially in these dark times. It’s always nice to hear of people doing good and bringing light instead of darkness. Heres a video of the Super Soul 100:
