During January all the magazines put out their 2015 list of where are the hot places to go travelling. One can look at it as totally arbitrary lists, the places to not go (As they might have a spike in tourism and can get crowded) or just like I look them, great inspirations for my never ending travel bucketlist (so many places to go, so little time). Forbes actually defined my issue perfectly with the following quote:”The world is enormous. And getting bigger. Every serious traveler I know says their wish list grows longer, not shorter, every time they visit a new corner of the world.” Some common trends from the lists: Milan (the expo 2015 called the attention), Yellowstone Park, probably because of the 130M in renovations and new builds, Cuba, Sri Lanka, Miami Louisville, Myanmar Iceland, Morocco, Gallipoli, Turkey, Lithuania, Namibia, Singapore, Myanmar. I was also quite happy to see that Colombia in many of these lists. These are some of the best compilations that I saw, from sources such as The New York Times, Travel + Leisure, Conde Nast Traveller,National Geographic, Lonely Planet, Fodors and many others.
