Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants 2015

world50best

World’s 50 best issued the third list of the 50 best Latin American Restaurants. I have lots of issues with this list. First of all I did lot like  D.O.M. so it being so high makes no sense to me. Also, as much as I love Andres Carne de Res, should it really be a top 50 restaurants? kind of makes you think what we are evaluating, the food or the ambiance. My other grievance – Oviedo, its such a stuffy restaurant, i would not put it in the list. However what i loved: Baquiano, Central, and the fact that Dulce Patria is in the list which is absolutely lovely! I have increased my knowledge though, I’m up to 17 out of the 50, still a lot to go.
