
The World’s 50 best restaurant for 2016 are out. I have mixed feelings about this list. On the one hand, i love it and think its a great way to highlight global fine dining. On the other hand some of the decisions they make (and ive said it multiple times in the blog are just mind boggling). What did i think of the list? I still don’t understand D.O.M. and I think im never going to. Estela is also a mystery to me. OF all the great not as expensive wonderful NY restaurants to feature in the top 50 it boggles my mind that that one is the one chosen. I am very much looking forward to trying OSteria Francescana!! Something wonderful about this list are the pictures in the website!!!! This link has some ridiculous pictures of courses in the restaurants that are going to water your mouth. Of the top 50 this year im up to 12 of the top 100 Ive been to 24 (so much food still to eat đŸ™‚ ). Here is some Coverage by the media:
